Does your child excel academically, yet lacks social and emotional management skills? Would you like your child to acquire skills that buisness leaders want to see? Take your child to the next level. This program prepares children for real world success by building leadership skills. This program uses the creative arts and game-based structures within a group process to inspire children to know what they are good at doing. We facilitate team building activities as a way to provide opportunities to build trust, empathy, experience the give and take of a relationship and learn to take another person's point of view while keeping their own. This program targets relationship development and emotional management skills as key competencies to success in all aspects of life. Successful leadership requires one to have life skills of positive self-esteem, the ability to get along with others, and make responsible choices. Children need to explore themselves in action with others and have the opportunity to problem solve different solutions in order to develop more awareness of how they effect other people.
